6 out of 10 children in Central Ohio start Kindergarten without the basic skills needed to succeed.
We screen children ages 3 to 5 years old, using industry standard formative assessment tools.
We develop targeted instructional practices and strategies to enhance a child’s academic success.
We coach educators and parents and provide practical tools for them to implement with children in school or at home.
The children in our Kindergarten Readiness Collaborative aren’t just learning, they’re thriving.
From Fall 2024 to Spring 2025, we saw a 65% increase in total literacy scores among the children we served. Comparitively, typical literacy interventions will only see a 20-40% increase over a period of 12 months.
We also saw a 60% decrease in the number of children who were scoring Below Average.
And, perhaps most impressively, a 126% increase in the number of children who were scoring Above Average.
But we need your help…
Right now, we have over 500 children on our waitlist.
We’ve only been able to accept 800 into our next cohort. We know what works—but we don’t have enough funding to serve every child.
